Charlotte Rea

Charlotte (she/her) is a native Virginian, retired USAF Officer, and
life-long nature lover. She has been active in volunteer work since
she retired. She helped found the Central Blue Ridge Virginia Master
Naturalist Chapter in which she is still active and served for over a
decade on the Board of the Thomas Jefferson Water Resources Protection
Foundation helping to conserve vital riparian resources in Central
Virginia. She currently serves on the Board of the Rockfish Wildlife
Sanctuary. She lives with her two rescue beagles, Emmy and Beau, on
about 30 acres of mostly forested wetland along the North Fork of the
Rockfish River in northern Nelson County. She loves poetry, gardening,
word puzzles and hiking.
